Titanic was produced by Paramount Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox and released in December 1997. Directed by James Cameron, the film became a defining cultural and commercial event of its era, ultimately winning eleven Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Director. Its combination of practical effects, early digital filmmaking, and period recreation set a new standard for large-scale Hollywood production.

This cell, titled Titanic Wreck, captures a sustained elevated night shot of the RMS Titanic moving through dark ocean waters, her decks fully illuminated against the black sea. Across the three frames the ship's wake grows more pronounced to the right, preserving a quiet, almost elegiac moment before the disaster unfolds.
