Universal Pictures released The Fast and the Furious in June 2001, directing audiences toward a new kind of American action film built around street racing culture, ensemble loyalty, and practical stunt work. Produced on a modest budget, it became a surprise box-office phenomenon and launched one of the longest-running franchises in studio history. Dom's Car Rolls captures three successive overhead frames from the film's climactic truck heist sequence, showing the green semi jackknifed and overturned across the road.
