The Garbage Pail Kids Movie was released in August 1987 by Atlantic Releasing Corporation, adapted from the wildly popular Topps trading card series that had scandalized parents and delighted children throughout the mid-1980s. Directed by Rod Amateau, the film occupies a singular place in cult cinema history as one of the most aggressively panned studio releases of its decade, earning it an enduring second life among collectors of outsider and transgressive pop culture artifacts.

This three-frame cell, confirmed under the title Valerie Vomit, captures a continuous moment featuring a young male character near what appears to be a waterfront or reflective surface at night, dressed in a blue jacket and white shirt and turned toward the camera. The sequential frames preserve a single held instant from the film's practical photography, offering a rare window into the production's location work.
