Labyrinth was released in 1986 through TriStar Pictures, produced by George Lucas and directed by Jim Henson. A collaboration between Henson's creature workshop and Industrial Light & Magic, the film blended puppetry, practical effects, and live performance in ways that defined ambitious fantasy filmmaking of the decade. Though its theatrical run was modest, it has since earned a devoted following and stands as a landmark of imaginative cinema.

This cell, titled Sarah and Her Friends, captures Jennifer Connelly as Sarah Williams alongside the character Ludo, performed by Ron Mueck, in what appears to be a warmly lit interior environment. Three consecutive frames from the same shot offer a rare sustained look at this quiet moment between the two characters, preserved here in the original 35mm format.
