Digimon: The Movie arrived in North American theaters in October 2000, distributed by Fox Kids and produced through a collaboration between Toei Animation and Saban Entertainment. The film stitched together three separate Japanese Digimon shorts into a single theatrical release, riding the peak of the franchise's cultural moment alongside the television series. It represented a genuine theatrical push for the property at a time when animated monster franchises commanded serious box office attention.

This cell, titled Agumon and Tentomon, captures the two Digimon mid-action within a stylized interior space rendered in deep purples and warm golds. The sequence appears to span multiple frames of continuous movement, with Agumon and Tentomon suspended or falling through the environment. A third figure, possibly Patamon, appears briefly in the lower portion of the final frame alongside the confirmed pair.
