Columbia Pictures released Ghostbusters II in June 1989, reuniting the original cast five years after the first film became a cultural phenomenon. Directed again by Ivan Reitman, the sequel brought the team back to a slime-soaked New York and performed solidly at the box office, cementing the franchise as one of the defining comedic properties of the decade.

This cell, titled Louis and Janine, captures a quiet two-shot moment between Louis Tully and Janine Melnitz, played by Rick Moranis and Annie Potts. Louis sits in his characteristic glasses and plaid jacket while Janine leans in close from above. The three consecutive frames preserve a brief, unguarded exchange between two of the film's most endearing supporting characters.
