Warner Bros. released the live-action Scooby-Doo in June 2002, marking the first theatrical adaptation of Hanna-Barbera's beloved animated franchise. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film blended practical performance with early-era CGI to bring the Mystery Inc. gang to Spooky Island. It arrived at a moment when studio nostalgia properties were finding renewed commercial footing, and its casting choices became defining pop culture touchstones of the period.

This cell, titled Shaggy, captures Matthew Lillard mid-sequence against the production's characteristic yellow set elements, consistent with the Spooky Island interior locations. Motion blur across the frames suggests an active, dynamic moment in the scene. Lillard's embodiment of Shaggy Rogers is widely regarded as one of the film's most faithful character translations, making this particular cell a meaningful artifact from the production.
