Warner Bros. released Scooby-Doo in June 2002, bringing the beloved Hanna-Barbera animated series to live-action for the first time. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film blended practical effects with early-2000s CGI to realize the Mystery Inc. gang for a new generation. It became a genuine summer hit, cementing its place as a cultural touchstone of the era and sparking a sequel.
