Scooby-Doo arrived in summer 2002 from Warner Bros., marking the first live-action theatrical adaptation of Hanna-Barbera's beloved animated franchise. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film brought decades of Saturday morning nostalgia to a new generation while satisfying longtime fans. Its promotional materials, including theatrical trailers printed on 35mm, represent a transitional moment when studios were still committing major releases to photochemical film even as digital projection loomed on the horizon.
