Warner Bros. released Scooby-Doo in the summer of 2002, bringing the beloved Hanna-Barbera animated series to live-action for the first time. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film was a major studio event aimed at audiences who had grown up with the original cartoon, and its theatrical trailer generated considerable anticipation ahead of release.
