Warner Bros. released Scooby-Doo in June 2002, bringing the beloved Hanna-Barbera animated series to live-action for the first time. The film marked a cultural moment, translating a decades-old Saturday morning institution into a summer blockbuster with a cast that leaned into the material's campy charm. Its trailer circulated widely in theaters, making 35mm trailer cells from this campaign genuine artifacts of early 2000s studio marketing.

This cell, titled Shaggy, Scooby and the Luna Ghost, captures the confrontation sequence featuring Matthew Lillard as Shaggy Rogers, Neil Fanning voicing Scooby-Doo, Nicholas Hope as the luminous Luna Ghost, and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne Blake. The ghost's white glow against the deep blue environment reads distinctly even across three frame progressions, with the final frame carrying a circular dark artifact partially obscuring the image.
