Scooby-Doo arrived in summer 2002 from Warner Bros., marking the first live-action theatrical adaptation of Hanna-Barbera's beloved animated franchise. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film bridged generations of fans and introduced the Mystery Inc. gang to a new multiplex audience, with Matthew Lillard's casting as Shaggy earning particular praise for its fidelity to the original character.

This cell, titled Shaggy, Scooby and the Luna Ghost, captures three adjacent frames from a single continuous shot in which Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo confront the glowing spectral Luna Ghost in a darkened setting.
