Warner Bros. released Scooby-Doo in June 2002, bringing the beloved Hanna-Barbera animated franchise to live-action for the first time. Directed by Raja Gosnell and starring Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini, the film was a major summer release that introduced the Mystery Inc. gang to a new generation. Its theatrical trailer circulated widely on 35mm prints across North American cinemas in the months preceding release.
This cell captures the Scooby-Doo Title Card as it appeared in the 2002 theatrical trailer, showing the iconic green glowing logo against a black background. The frame repeats across three exposures, with the final image partially cropped at the right edge, a natural artifact of how the title sequence was composed on the original 35mm print.
