Warner Bros. released Scooby-Doo in June 2002, bringing the long-running Hanna-Barbera animated series to live-action for the first time. Directed by Raja Gosnell, the film was a significant studio gamble on nostalgia-driven IP, ultimately grossing over $275 million worldwide and launching a sequel. The trailer circulated widely in early 2002, building anticipation through its blend of practical casting and early CGI work on the title character.

This cell, titled Daphne, Fred and Shaggy, captures Freddie Prinze Jr. as Fred Jones and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne Blake in a shared interior moment, with Shaggy visible in the background of the opening frame. Gellar's purple headband and top are faithful to Daphne's animated design, and the consecutive framing of the final two frames reflects the tight continuity of a single scene.
