Warner Bros. released the live-action Scooby-Doo feature in June 2002, marking the franchise's first major theatrical outing after decades as a Saturday morning staple. The film bridged generations of fans and introduced the Mystery Inc. gang to a new multiplex audience, making its promotional materials — including the theatrical trailer — genuine artifacts of early 2000s studio marketing.

This cell, confirmed as Spooky Island, captures the large seated Scooby-Doo figure that anchored the film's fictional theme park setting, surrounded by lush green foliage. A partially visible figure in blue appears behind the statue. The slight framing variation across the repeated frames, along with the circular vignette at the right edge, suggests a splice point from the original 35mm trailer print.
