Phil Lord and Christopher Miller's The Lego Movie arrived in February 2014 through Warner Bros. Pictures, a production that surprised critics and audiences alike with its layered humor and genuine emotional depth. Working with animation studio Animal Logic, the filmmakers crafted something that functioned simultaneously as a children's adventure, a satire of conformity, and a meditation on creativity. Its commercial and critical success reshaped expectations for what a property-based animated feature could accomplish.

This strip presents three consecutive frames from a continuous shot featuring Emmet Brickowski, the film's everyman protagonist rendered in classic LEGO minifigure form. His yellow head is clearly visible across all three frames, with subtle positional variation between them suggesting captured movement from what reads as a construction or action sequence.
