The Lego Movie was released in February 2014 by Warner Bros. Pictures, produced by Village Roadshow and distributed through Warner Animation Group. Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the film arrived as a genuinely surprising piece of studio animation, blending sharp comedy with sincere storytelling in a way that caught both critics and audiences off guard. Shot on 35mm prints for wide theatrical release, physical film elements from the production carry the particular warmth of photochemical exhibition.

This cell, titled Emmet - Wyldstyle - Vitruvius, captures three consecutive frames from a shared scene set against a stylised urban LEGO environment. Emmet Brickowski, Wyldstyle, and Vitruvius appear together across all three frames, the slight progression between them preserving the rhythm of the original animation as it existed on a theatrical print.
