Back to the Future Part II arrived in November 1989 from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, directed by Robert Zemeckis. Filmed back-to-back with Part III, it expanded the original trilogy into bold new territory, sending its characters across multiple timelines. The film was a major commercial success and has since become a touchstone of late-1980s science fiction filmmaking, celebrated for its imaginative production design and its willingness to revisit and recontextualize scenes from the original.

This three-frame sequence captures Marty and Jennifer together in an interior setting, the consecutive frames preserving a brief, uninterrupted moment between the two characters. Jennifer's long blonde hair is visible as the pair appear in close proximity, offering a rare still record of a shared scene that moves quickly on screen.
