Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment released Back to the Future Part II in November 1989, reuniting director Robert Zemeckis and writer Bob Gale with the cast of their 1985 phenomenon. Fox, appears near the Master Cook unit in the kitchen and living area, followed by frames showing Marty McFly Sr., also played by Fox, alongside Lorraine Baines McFly, portrayed by Lea Thompson, with the household staircase visible in the concluding frames of the sequence.
