Dimension Films released Rob Zombie's Halloween in August 2007, a reimagining of John Carpenter's 1978 landmark that divided audiences and critics while drawing considerable box office returns. Zombie's approach expanded the mythology around Michael Myers, grounding the story in gritty psychological detail and establishing a distinct visual identity separate from the original franchise.

This cell, titled Laurie Strode, captures two frames of Scout Taylor-Compton as Laurie in a moment of desperate vulnerability on a bed, her body language conveying immediate threat, alongside a frame of Hanna Hall as Judith Myers in white, arm raised in the film's early murder sequence. Together the frames span the story's two defining female figures.
