Produced by Tim Burton and directed by Henry Selick, The Nightmare Before Christmas arrived in October 1993 under the Touchstone Pictures banner, representing a landmark achievement in stop-motion animation. The film introduced mainstream audiences to a fully realized dark fantasy world and established a visual language that continues to influence character design and animation today.

This cell, titled Oogie Boogie, captures the villain in his element — looming above his signature roulette-style wheel lair, rendered in purple and gold with blue chains below. The frames follow the confrontation sequence in which Jack Skellington enters Oogie's domain, placing both characters within one of the film's most theatrically staged and visually distinctive settings.
