Pokémon 4Ever was released in North America in October 2002 through Miramax Films, adapted from the fourth entry in OLM's long-running theatrical Pokémon series. The film arrived during the franchise's peak cultural saturation, and its production on Fujicolor 35mm stock reflects the era's standard for wide-release animated features distributed internationally from Japanese originals.

This cell, titled Team Rocket by the operator, captures Jessie, James, and Meowth in their familiar white uniforms bearing the red R insignia, posed against a forest setting. The three consecutive frames show minimal compositional shift, offering a rare look at the subtle interval work animators used to sustain a held pose, with the Fujicolor stock confirmed along the strip edge.
