Pokémon: The Movie 2000 was released in North America by Warner Bros. Pictures in July 2000, following the unprecedented cultural wave generated by the first Pokémon film. Produced by OLM, Inc. and distributed internationally by Miramax, it arrived at the peak of the franchise's global dominance and remains a defining artifact of turn-of-the-millennium animation and merchandising history.

This cell, titled Lugia, presents three sequential frames of the legendary Pokémon in sustained flight against a warm golden and orange sky. Viewed from a low or frontal angle with wings fully extended, the frames capture subtle positional shifts across the sequence, offering a rare look at the fluid motion work behind one of the film's most visually iconic figures.
